How it works
Three components hold the system together.
First, an InsiderList Workspaces register names the people in the business authorised to request projects. Each one confirms in writing that they accept the role, and the platform handles the acknowledgement and the reminders. That register is itself the artefact a regulator will ask about later: who has authority to seed a confidential list, and what did they sign up to when they accepted it.
Second, a request portal sits inside each authorised person's own user account. They submit a project with its codename, description, start date and time, restricted-status flag and any initial contacts. Requests reach compliance in a uniform, reviewable shape, with the same fields every time.
Third, a review queue lives in your compliance dashboard. Every request arrives as a Draft, with everything the authorised person submitted laid out for inspection. Approve, reject, or send back with a comment in a click. Every decision is recorded in the audit trail.
